Client center

The Client center of the Client information bank register (the CIBR) provides for the bank clients the following services:

• informs clients on data that is processed in the CIBR (in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act)
• serves as a point for filing client's requests for information on what data is processed on clients in the CIBR
• serves as a point for filing potential complaints of comments from clients in connection with inaccurate data processed in the CIBR
