The company CBCB - Czech Banking Credit Bureau, a.s., was registered in the Commercial Register on September 13, 2000. It was established by sole shareholder – by company Aspekt kilcullen s.r.o.

Because of the nature of the activities of the CBCB company the law legislates that the company is owned by bank or banks. Therefore all the company’s shares were redeemed by five Czech banks in autumm 2001. In present the following five banks are the shareholders of CBCB: Česká spořitelna, a.s., Československá obchodní banka, a.s., GE Money Bank, a.s., UniCredit Bank Czech Republic, a.s. and Komerční banka, a.s.
